PFL consist of a brake plate which is attracted to a fixed surface by an electromagnet.
Attraction level and Magnet Triggered time can be adjusted according to exact filling yarn tension.
After the threading of the prewinder, the PFL is simply threaded by lifting valve and passing the filling end through eyelets .
When valve is closed, the filling end is clamped between the brake plate and the fixed back wall. When the yarn is under tension, it automatically returns to its exact position in the brake plate.

The PFL is equipped with an automatic cleaning function, which can only be used when a compressed air hose is present on the bobbin support. The cleaning is done by very short compressed air pulses on all PFL
devices at once.
